Awful...Falls Apart

This yarn is horrible. First the label is glued to the yarn so the only way to deal with this is to cut a length of yarn to remove. it. When working with the product, the fluff goes everywhere and exposing the string below. I really wanted to use this. I loved the colors and the feel, but was so disappointed that it is unusable. Hopefully customer service will help me.
