Baby Velvet

Not what I expected. I like that it is thinner than chenille yarn and other velvet yarns and that it is machine wash/dry but it isn't velvety. Not silky to the feel and no shine. I did not enjoy crocheting with it. It feels and looks more like Bernat Bundle Up.

This 100% micro-polyester yarn is wonderfully soft against baby’s skin and is machine washable for easy care, making this worsted weight yarn ideal for making snuggly blankets, sweaters, and toys that baby and parents will both love cuddling!
• 100% micro-polyester, #4 worsted weight yarn.
• 3.5 oz/100g/185 yd/169m ball.
• Machine washable. Imported from Turkey.
• Crochet gauge, size 7–I-9 (4.5-5.5mm) hook: 13 sc and 17 rows = 4" (10.2cm).
• Knit gauge in st st, size 5-7 (3.75-4.5mm) needles: 16 sts and 20 rows = 4" (10.2cm).
