when it comes to the rubber stoppers that hold the hook, i personally use one size below my crochet hook size. at first i had difficulty getting the hook to stay in place, but while crocheting it wasn't really an issue! muuuuch easier on my wrist than crocheting without this tool.
I returned this product because I didn’t like the way it felt when I tried to use it. It was too clumsy for me.
