So much fun!
It's so much fun to be able to make granny squares without having to weave in a million ends! It takes a little practice, and sometimes some fudging, to match your hook size and tension to the color changes, but it's fun and worth it!

All in One Granny Yarn
I like the colors, the granny pattern doesn't work for me, but the striping is great for scarves.

Granny square
Yarn is good however my only complaint is the instructions on the inside label are so small I am having trouble reading it. So trying to construct the Granny square is difficult to read.

Love the concept I bought more wool but I find that the instructions print for the basic Granny square are very small for me to read so I am a bit frustrated trying to read it.

Red heart granny square yarn
I was so excited about this yarn. I do love the texture it's surprisingly soft, however I'm not very impressed worth the quality. I have had some skeins have shredded spots while others are not the right amount of color for the rounds in some of the squares(with correct tension. ) I do still like the yarn but believe it needs a little better quality control. This is of course nothing against herrschners themselves. I am very happy with herrschners. It may be worth the price for some but not necessarily all situations. I do recommend, but take head if you don't have patience this may not be the yarn for you.

As a user of Heart Heart for 50 years, I gave this a try. It's okay, but probably will not use this particular yarn again and just tie off my ends..
