General Club Questions
Q: What does it mean to join one of Herrschners clubs?
A: A surprise product is automatically shipped to you regularly (either monthly or bi-monthly depending on the club), so you'll never know exactly what you're getting until it arrives.
Q: What will I receive in my monthly club shipment?
A: Puzzle Club: Two 1,000-piece puzzles (first shipment is when you will receive a free puzzle for a total of 3)
A: Plastic Canvas Village Club: One plastic canvas kit
A: Latch Hook Year Long Adventure: After the initial shipment, you will receive a set of chart/instructions monthly for 11 months.
Q: How much does each club cost?
A: Puzzle Club: First Month: $9.99. Each following month: $14.99 for the subscription
A: Plastic Canvas Village Club: $19.99 per month for the subscription
A: Latch Hook Year Long Adventure: $129.99 for the year
Q: Can I be in more than one of Herrschners clubs?
A: Absolutely. Please note that packages will ship separately.
Q: When will my card be charged?
A: Credit and debit cards will be charged when the package ships. Except for the Latch Hook Club, which is a 1x payment upon order.
Q: When will my package ship?
A: Puzzle Club: Third Thursday of the month
A: Plastic Canvas Village Club: Second Thursday of the month (every other month)
A: Latch Hook Year Long Adventure: First Wednesday of the month
Q: Can I us a discount code on a Herrschners club?
A: The only discount that can be applied is the SmartSavings Club discount. No other discounts may be applied (including shipping).
Q: How much is shipping for each club?
A: Each month the subscription ships, a $4.99 shipping fee will be charged in addition to the club price for orders shipped to the continental US. Orders shipping to Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska will also include the normal surcharge. No additional shipping fees are included with the Latch Hook Year Long Adventure.
Q: Can I restart my Herrschners club membership after I’ve cancelled?
A: Yes, we can restart your subscription with next month’s shipment, please call the Herrschners Customer Service team at 1-800-441-0838.
Q: How do I cancel my membership to one of Herrschners Clubs?
A: If you wish to cancel your subscription to one of the Herrschners clubs, please call the Herrschners Customer Service team at 1-800-441-0838. Please note once the item has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and you will be charged for that month.
Q: Can I return my shipment from one of the clubs?
A: Yes. If you are dissatisfied in any way with your item, you may feel free to return unused merchandise (in unused condition and in its original packaging) for a full refund for that shipment. Every order arrives with an itemized invoice and contains complete return instructions. Returning a shipment does not cancel your membership to the club, and you will receive the next monthly or bi-monthly shipment.

Q: Why is one of the puzzles that I received in the Puzzle Club now on the website to be purchased?
A: Puzzle Club members get early access. Two months after Puzzle Club puzzles are released to Puzzle Club Members, they may be available to purchase online.
Q: I already have one of the puzzles that I received. Can I exchange it?
A: If you receive a puzzle that you already have, we will send you another. Please call customer service at 1-800-441-0838, and they will send you a different puzzle of the same piece count.
Q: What kind of puzzles will I receive?
A: Each month you will receive two 1,000-piece puzzles. Themes and designs will vary each month.
Q: What happens if I am missing a piece/s?
A: Please call the Herrschner’s Customer Service team at 1-800-441-0838 and they will either send you the missing piece or reship the puzzle.
Q: What is the Plastic Canvas Village Club?
A: The 2025 Village Club series theme is classic Main Street. Every other month you will receive a complete kit to create a stunning collector-size building.
Q: How is this kit different than your other plastic canvas village kits?
A: The Village Club series buildings are larger than our other village kits, allowing for more detail. The Village Club kits are also only available through the club subscription.
Q: How often will I receive a club shipment?
A: The Village Club will ship every other month. There will be six shipments, creating six village pieces.
Q: What is in each Village Club plastic canvas kit?
A: Each kit creates an iconic building on Main Street, USA. Kits include 7-mesh plastic canvas, acrylic yarn, embellishments, needle, and full-color instructions.
Q: What if I subscribe in March? Which club shipment will I receive?
A: You can join the Village Club in any month. The Village Club is a series, and new members will receive the first building in the series. The following months, kits will come in numerical order.
Q: What if I run out of yarn or plastic canvas?
A: We have included everything you need for the project. However, if you would like to purchase additional materials, you can do so at www.herrschners.com.
Q: What is the Latch Hook Year Long Adventure Club?
A: It’s a year long club that allows you to create a showpiece design one section at a time. Your initial shipment will include the latch hook canvas, all the pre-cut acrylic yarn to complete the full design, and the instructions and chart for the first section. After that, you will receive a new package each month (11 months total) with the instructions and chart for the next portion of the design.
Q: Will we know the theme ahead of time?
A: No, the theme is part of the mystery! Each kit is designed to surprise you as you uncover the design while you work.
Q: What if I run out of yarn?
A: Your initial shipment will contain all of the pre-cut acrylic yarn to complete the design. Keep this in a safe place so it’s available when you need it. However, you can always go to Herrschners.com or call our Customer Service Team at 1-800-441-0838 and order more, if needed.
Q: What if I start it and it’s too hard and I want to return for a refund?
A: Unfortunately, our refund policy is that we will only accept unused merchandise (in unused condition and in its original packaging) for a full refund.
