Crocheting this cute guy

I am currently making this and am at the point to insert the eyes. This step should be done much sooner as there is a lot of rows you have to roll up to get to the area to insert them. Also the eyes are very small and hard to insert. Perhaps the whole kit should make a larger Paddy.

This handsome little leprechaun has found a whimsical seat! This St. Patrick’s Day amigurumi design stitched in Herrschners My Ami Yarn is a great way to wish someone a little extra luck! The leprechaun and mushroom are worked in one piece, with the arms, legs, shamrock, and other details added later. This crochet kit includes the yarn and intermediate crochet instructions to make the leprechaun as shown. Fiberfill and safety eyes not included. The finished amigurumi measures 8 × 5 × 6" (20.3 x 12.7 x 15.2cm). Requires a US size D-3 (3.25mm) hook to complete (not included). Imported.
