These are some of my favorite Bates hooks...the bamboo handle makes it a lot easier to hold the hook in a "knife" position...I highly recommend these for those who are trying to crochet and the yarn keeps slipping from the hook.

I bought one, loved it and bought a complete set. I have been crocheting for a very long time and these are the most comfortable fit where I can work for hours.. The only down side is my cat loves to chew on the handle LOL.
I love these, have one in all my favorite sizes. Easy to hold, the wood becomes a little warm which feels good in my hand. Very smooth to use. Highly recommend.
