Sheds and poor colour photos
This yarn feels amazing. However, you have to pray you don’t make any mistakes because frogging this yarn even once makes it near impossible to use after. This yarn sheds like crazy. Great colours in general and wonderful softness but premier parfait chunky is ultimately a better choice and same price with near identical size when they have a sale. My other note would be this “pastel paradise” does not accurately show the dark pink/light red colour. It is actually neon for some reason and herschnerrs was unwilling to send me a more accurate yarn. They offered for me to return the yarn and send another 2 of the hibiscus which I found at least based on photos would match the colour palette but I already pay per package at my P.O. Box in the states. It would have cost me just as much to just order more basically vs doing the return. (I’d basically be paying $6 plus my time/gas going over the border to correct something they should have just corrected. Not only this but one of my yarns was sent as a separate package solo which I also had to pay extra at my pobox for. One of my yarns was forgotten in my package as well as 2 on back order for the 18 of July and I had to reach out to them to get a response about those yarns and they ended up telling me it was further delayed so I just cancelled those. They were unwilling to send my missing yarn from my original package with the yarns that hadn’t been sent out yet because apparently they “can’t do that”. Disappointed in the lack of quality customer service. Also disappointed they don’t see that putting a neon yarn in a pack labeled pastel isn’t deceiving to the buyer.
