the item I give a 5 star. Service a 1 star. I ordered these when they were on sale. 2 of 3 were backordered, which was no problem. Received a nice email in May they were still on backorder and could cancel. Chose not to cancel. Never notified that they were available in June and you just cancelled my order instead of sending another email telling me they were in and I could complete the invoice payment. I had to reorder (at full price of course). Certainly no inspiration to be a loyal repeat customer
