Nice yarn

This yarn is what used to be called 'pompador'. There isn't a sparkle as we see in today's yarn but rather it has a silvery thread wound thru it. It does give light, but definitely not the "sparkle" that is currently popular. It is a nice solid 3 weight yarn. It has a bumpy texture to it. I'm still working on the project that I bought it for -- I have used 5 skeins so far and I have not encountered even one knot - hurray!
