Delay between order and delivery.

I like the product but I don't appreciate the time between the order confirmation and delivery. The product was ordered on 7-30 and delivery was on 8-26. This is unacceptable. I am seriously considering taking my business to another vendor since this is not the first that this has happened with previous orders.

The amount of crochet thread in each color varies by ball: White, Ecru, and Natural all have 400 yards per ball, while other solid colors have 350 yards. Multi colors have 300 yards per ball.
