The BEST LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS YARN
Did I say I LOVE THIS YARN? In my opinion there are both positives and negatives with it. The positives are that is works up very nicely; no fraying or separation of threads resulting is extremely easy to use yarn AND there are NO ugly knots in the middle of a skein. Unlike most cotton yarns, this one looks like the individual threads have been “braided” together. The negatives…IF you like to do as I do….you have to work from the outside of the ball (I don’t like to use my yarn winder because it can cause the yarn to stretch or separate). The only other negative, which doesn’t bother me to take an extra step, is that the yarn is not as soft as some other brands and so I recommend laundering your project when completed. Depending on your view, this yarn is more expensive than other brands. However, having said that, I honestly believe it is worth the extra cost because of the end results. This WILL BE my go to cotton yarn for all projects in the future.
