I look forward to starting this project. My only complaint would be that I expected the aida cloth to be ready to see, cutting straight is not something I do very well lol

Counted cross stitch order

I did not receive a complete order. There was no floss organizer as the catalog stated there was to be. I did not know I was going to have to cut the cloth into the bookmarks themselves, I called the company and was told that the two people who handled these issues were both out of the office that day, I was forwarded to one of these people’s voice mail, I left a message and have not heard back.
