I had trouble with the straight pin heads being too small or the holes in the provided beads too large & the beads provided in the kit slipping over the pins. I had to purchase small glass beads from my local Hobby Lobby, which is a 50-mile round trip, & add them to the tops of the provided beads in order to keep the provided beads from slipping over the pins. It was frustrating until I made the adjustment.
