Fast project
Pattern was easy to understand/follow. Yarn is super soft after washing. Ordered 2 more colorways and I rarely repeat a project

I love this pattern! I did change Row 11 to better suit my needs.

My afghan did not turn out correctly. I’ve been crocheting for fifty years and have made many intricate items but I did something very wrong on this one. I’m just not sure where or how. I followed the pattern very carefully and always had the correct number of stitches after each row. My finished afghan is not a rectangle but resembles a wonky diamond. Oh well. On the positive side, the Herrschners Worsted Stripes yarn is wonderful!! I’ve been a Herrschners customer for a long time but for some reason have never purchased their yarn brand. I loved working with this yarn! I’ll be taking this failed afghan apart and reuse this beautiful yarn for another project! :)
It's perfect! Since it is at an intermediate skill level, I had to practice a few rows to see the pattern. Other than that, I was good to go. The weight of the yarn is just right.
Lovely colors
I made this in the color shown, Snowbird, and it came out beautifully. I had no trouble with the pattern, it seemed quite simple to me. I want to make it in Prism, which I used for a different afghan. I love herrschners!
Love the way it looks so far
I was intrigued by this design from the first moment I saw it, so I ordered the kit in the Hydrangea colorway. OMG!! I can't begin to describe how F-U-N this is to work up!! However, I must warn you that there is a bit of terminology that may not be familiar, so do yourself a big favor and read through the instructions Before You Begin to make sure you fully understand what you will be doing. Once you work the repeats a couple times, you won't need the pattern again until you begin the decrease edge, but again, after a few repeats you'll be able to put the pattern down again. I think my second Diagonal Ripple will be made with all the Worsted 8 Gradience yarn I have in the Calypso colorway. I'm sure it'll be a Stunner!!
