Eva Rosestand/Clara Wæver is a company with deep lineage in Danish life and culture. What began with the two Wæver sisters in Copenhagen in 1870 grew to become a thriving needlework company with rich artistic inspiration and a keen awareness of growing trends. Jørgen Rosenstand began his company in 1958 with a strong foundation in modern and naturalistic Danish artwork sold as ready-made kits. When the companies merged in 1976, the brand went worldwide with its unmistakable line of highly detailed cross-stitch pictures and linens.
